Mr Snehal B Desai is an Engineer and MBA (Fin). He started his career with Venture Capital and subsequently joins Infrastructure Group. In his career he worked in different capacity which included giving strategic value addition to build business, As a Project Head, As a Finance person, As a Head Techno commercial and As a CEO.

 

With his corporate job he started teaching as a Visiting faculty where he covered number of B-schools across India which includes IIM Ahmedabad also. During this journey he seen world, Corporate and Academic, together and he realized that there is a deep chasm exist between both worlds. He also felt that many individuals who are talented and competent to grow in organization and in Entrepreneurial world are not growing; not because they are not competent and capable but because they never discovered themselves and in a process of getting degree they lost themselves and their competency and confidence. Overreliance on marks and grades are also an issue. Social and academic system makes difficult for them. Character building and passion identification does not take place in critical years of growth.

 

Also majority of India relies on education for their growth and that reliance was not giving them the result.

 

In Such Scenario; a thought of institute which produce human professional evolves and Institute of Human age is created.

 

As a Business and The Entrepreneur’s Advisor he has mentored a number of startups into sustainable business and advising family business for building futuristic organizations. He has also provided training to a number of corporate. He has done career counseling and mentored more than 5000 students.

He has authored a book; Paradox of Talent. He is a guitarist with the band Blood Brothers. He is a member of Academic Area committee for number of Academic Institute.
